About Smalltown Boy Dance
This policy describes how Smalltown Boy Dance handles information for its two-photo dance video service at smalltownboy-dance.com and its Cloudflare preview address.
Information We Process
We process account names, email addresses, authentication records, uploaded photos, generation settings, task status, generated videos, and support messages. Google sign-in supplies the profile information you authorize. Service logs may include request timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, and error details. When purchases are made, order and transaction references are retained; payment providers handle payment credentials.
How Information Is Used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, assign the two dance roles, generate and deliver videos, show task progress, provide support, and prevent abuse. Selecting a photo creates a local preview; submitting generation uploads the selected photos for processing. Browser drafts may preserve selected materials during sign-in; use a trusted device.
Service Providers and Media Access
Cloudflare provides hosting, account storage, task processing, and private R2 media storage. Photos and built-in template instructions are sent through EvoLink to the selected Kling model for video generation. Google handles Google sign-in when selected. Payment providers process purchases when checkout is used.
Videos require account and ownership checks to play or download. Time-limited media links allow generation and rendering providers to retrieve task inputs. We do not publish your uploaded photos or generated videos as public examples without your permission. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Uploaded photos are scheduled for removal from our media storage after 30 days. Generated videos are available for 30 days after completion. Automated storage cleanup may finish after expiry; download access ends at expiry. Download your video before that date. Account, task, support, and transaction records are separate from media and may be retained to operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Our media retention period does not determine the retention policies of external generation or authentication providers. EvoLink describes its own practices in its Privacy Policy.
Cookies, Security, and Requests
Session cookies and browser storage support sign-in, preferences, and material restoration. We use transport encryption and access controls; no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information and stored media through the support ticket area in your account. Some records may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
Updates and Contact
We update the date on this page when the policy changes. For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the support ticket area in your account and include the relevant task or order ID where appropriate.
