About the Service

Smalltown Boy Dance creates a personalized two-character dance video from two uploaded photos using an included reference template. Available output options are 720p and 1080p in a vertical format. Generations involve third-party AI processing and assembly; appearance, expressions, paws, hands, and consistency can vary. Example cover images illustrate scenes and do not guarantee identical results.

Accounts and Your Materials

Keep your account credentials secure and use photos you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from people whose photos you upload. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others deceptively, infringe third-party rights, or misuse the service. Do not attempt to bypass account access controls or access another users media.

You retain your rights in uploaded materials. You permit us and the processing providers to use them as necessary to generate, store, and deliver your requested video. Uploading material does not give us permission to use it in public marketing. You are responsible for checking the rights needed for your intended use of the output. Smalltown Boy Dance is not affiliated with Bronski Beat, TikTok, Instagram, or the original reference-video creators.

Prices and Purchases

Video packs are one-time purchases with no automatic subscription renewal. The listed 720p prices for 1, 3, 5, and 10 videos are $9.99, $24.99, $39.99, and $69.99. The corresponding 1080p prices are $12.99, $32.99, $49.99, and $89.99. The resolution, quantity, price, and applicable payment conditions shown at checkout govern the purchase. A displayed pack does not itself create an order or charge; payment requires checkout confirmation.

Generation Failures and Refund Requests

For tasks that consume a video credit, a confirmed technical generation failure returns that credit. Internal processing retries must not deduct a second credit. An uncertain provider submission must be reconciled before being submitted again or refunded. A successful AI output can differ from the source or uploaded photos; a new user-requested generation is a separate task.

Returning a video credit is separate from refunding a payment. For incorrect charges, unused purchases, or problems with a delivered result, open a support ticket with the order or task ID. Requests are reviewed individually; this policy does not restrict applicable statutory consumer rights. Approved payment refunds use the original payment channel where supported.

Storage and Availability

Uploaded photos are stored for 30 days and finished videos for 30 days after completion. Download your results before expiry; media retention is separate from account and transaction records. Availability and generation time depend on the processing providers and service conditions. We may restrict access for misuse, security incidents, or maintenance.

Responsibility and Changes

You are responsible for your uploads, permissions, and publication choices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific AI result. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material service or policy changes are reflected on this page.
